Orders need to be received by 12pm so they can be processed for delivery. Orders received after the cut off time will be sent out the next working day. A signature is required upon receipt. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

We now offer an economical service 'DPD uninsured' with one of our trusted delivery partners DPD UK to various worldwide destinations. Please note this service is uninsured and we are only covered for liability up to £20 per parcel. 

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that any orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. The customer is fully responsible for these charges. For more information on this before ordering please consult your local customs authority. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Black & Brown if you chose to return your item(s) for any reason. If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return delivery fee back to Black & Brown in the UK.

Please note that from the 1st July 2021 all EU orders over 135.00 euro may be subject to 20% VAT, which will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Missing/Stolen shipments:

Once a shipment leaves the UK, the consignee bears ownership. It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address and place of delivery. You will receive notifications from DPD/DHL/Royal Mail with delivery notifications where you will be given options for your delivery if you are not home to receive it. Black & Brown is not responsible for any missing or stolen parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. We will do our best to help retrieve your parcel however we must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery being taken place. Failure to do so affects our ability to trace the parcel as we are given a very short window with the courier. 

Returns & Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to return a product purchased from Black & Brown London for a refund then you have 14 days within to do so from receipt of the order. Please contact us for a unique Returns Authorisation number before sending back any items so that we can process your return in a timely manner.

Please note that the returns fee will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns at this time. For international returns, we can provide you with a DHL label at a cost of $30/€30 which will be deducted from your final refund. This is easiest way for us to receive the goods in a timely manner.

The returned goods must be packaged in the same box or padded envelope or other equivalent to protect the goods during transit. The goods must be in a new and unused state with the labels intact and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. Please note the RA number provided to you, without this we will not be able to process your return in a timely manner, the RA number is linked to your order number. Please ensure all returns are sent back to us with proof of tracking to ensure a timely refund, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered or lost returns. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your cost.

Returns can take up to 14 days to process.

Products marked Final Sale or Sample Sale are not eligible for a return or refund.

Please note that Gift Cards are non-refundable.
