Making our belts and accessories ethically and sustainably is one of Black & Brown's core values. We are always striving to improve our practices and be a more responsible brand towards our planet. We take great pride in using the best quality Italian and Spanish in our belts production; all sourced from responsible tanneries which are approved by the LWG (Leather Working Group) to ensure the highest standards during the tanning process as well as animal welfare. We design our pieces with the view that they should be timeless and versatile and by not compromising on quality that they will become a forever piece in your wardrobe. We want to encourage our community of wonderful Black & Brown customers to also buy more consciously and buy better.
We produce our leather belts in our small atelier based in England and have done so since the inception of the brand. Each piece is handmade by skilled artisans and there are many elaborate processes in place before you have a finished accessory; making each piece unique. We produce our styles in small batches to avoid unnecessary wastage.
