By Pre-ordering, you get early access to our pieces before they are available to everyone else. As our launches often sell out quickly this way we want to give you the opportunity to get your desired pieces during our production phase. Please note that payment is taken as normal for Pre-order items.
Sustainability is one of the main reasons why we use PRE-ORDERS on some styles. It helps us to better estimate demand and minimise wastage during our production process.
Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.
A signature is required by the courier companies we use for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page.
Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order.
You can find a discount code box in the checkout pages before you submit your order. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
At this time we do not deliver goods delivery duty paid. Therefore any shipments sent outside the the UK may be levied with additional taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We sincerely apologise if you have received a faulty or incorrect item. We aim to thoroughly check each order by hand before dispatch, on the odd occasion a faulty or incorrect item may be sent in error.
Please contact us to inform us of any fault within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number in the subject line and send images to help speed up the process if you can.
We will supply you with a retrun label. You have 14 days from receipt to return the item to us. Products returned because they are faulty will be refunded in full excluding any discounts applied at time of sale, including a refund of the delivery charges.
Items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
We do offer a repairs service and in most cases it is complimentary, however, depending on the nature of the repair we may need to incur a charge. Please contact us for more information.
